It features six tracks including the new numbers "Good Day (Goodbye) Season 2" (Track 4) and "What's That? (Plastic Version)" (Track 2), which were not on the original edition released in December last year. Additional versions of Pretty Girl and Honey round off the special edition of Pretty Girl.

지난해 11월 두번째 미니앨범 '프리티걸'을 발매한 후 각종 가요차트에서 현재까지도 상위권 자리를 꾸준히 지키고 있는 카라(KARA)가 '프리티걸(Pretty Girl)'의 스페셜 에디션을 발매한다.
이번 스페셜 에디션에는 ‘프리티걸’에 이어 활동할 후속곡 Honey와 ‘이게뭐야’의 Plastic 버전, ‘프리티걸’의 바니버전, 굿데이(GOODDAY) 시즌 2가 수록되며, 보너스 트랙으로 ‘프리티걸’의 스쿨락버전과 Honey ver2.까지 총 6곡이 수록되며, 귀여운 소녀들의 아기자기한 모습이 담길 32페이지 분량의 화보집까지 함께 구성되어 새로움을 더했다.
Honey는 2nd 미니앨범의 수록곡인 '하니'라는 곡을 새롭게 편곡하여 'Honey'라는 새 곡명으로 리네이밍 후 슬픈 감성과 일렉트로닉사운드를 한층 더 끌어올려 보다 대중성 있는 곡으로 재탄생하였으며, 'Rock U'와 '프리티걸(Pretty Girl)'을 작곡한 한재호/김승수 콤비의 곡으로 단번에 귀를 사로잡는 중독성 있는 곡으로 다시 한 번 인기몰이에 나설 예정이다.
각기 다른 색깔로 표현한 두가지 버전의 '프리티걸(Pretty Girl)'은 도입부의 기타와 드럼을 강조한 '프리티걸(Pretty Girl) 스쿨락 버젼'과 지난해 SBS 가요대제전에서 바니걸 컨셉의 퍼포먼스로 화제를 모았던 '프리티걸(Pretty Girl) 바니 버전'으로 각각 수록되며, 이 밖에도 독특한 사운드 디자인이 매력적인 '이게 뭐야 Plastic 버젼'과 멤버 니콜의 통통 튀는 랩핑과 중독성 있는 후렴구가 인상적인 '굿데이(GOODDAY) 시즌 2'까지 수록되어 있다.

Pretty Girl~♡

One of the best-buys for Kamillias! While this EP brings refreshment to KARA's absolute hit songs like "Honey" and "Pretty Girl", it also promotes KARA's pure maidens concept to the most. And once got used to it, I must say I find it really beautiful and suits these girls :) 'Honey(하니)' is like the typical theme song for KARA with its cute concept, and more precisely, innocently pure cute concept with white dresses, nude makeups, cute dance moves and innocent expression. But anyway, I personally think 'Pretty Girl' is a much better track as it portraited cute, but more teenish, stylish and closer-to-real-life cuties we'd expect. And all the colorful harajukuish makeups and outfits seem to be much easier to follow for young girls :). '이게 뭐야 (Plastic Ver.)' and '굿데이 (Goodbye) 시즌 2' are another average KARA tracks with the similar concept to the two that I've mentioned above, though I've never listened to the original version to tell the difference... I quite like Nicole's "rap" parts in the latter, though :) The remixes for 'Pretty Girl', though with the same melody, still showed different hidden aspects of its origin. While "Bani Ver." is more like a theme song for holidays like Valentine and X'Mas with its twinkling sounds and holiday feels in the background, "School Rock Ver." has more "rock" features in the background bass, but it's not really different in comparison with the original track, anyway. So, about the packaging, I must say I disagree with the soft cover (easily damaged ><), but the CD is held by a soft sponge button so I think it'll hardly fall out, which's good :). I love the princess-like vintage text fonts on the cover. Throughout the booklet are pictures of the girls with the pure princess-maiden concept. As I said, white fancy fluffy dresses that little girls would dream of, nude doll-like makeups, silky-looking brunette hair, while posing in something that looked like a white doll-house, during tea-party time, of course. The room is just white and everything in it is white too: the mirror table, tea table, the chairs, the dishes and the fancy palace-like figure. There were also lots of pink roses and heart cupcakes and French breads, probably to increase the fanciness about all this? Whatever, I just absolutely LOVE it <3 Highly recommended! |

Just .. Perfect

I absolutely love this album. The song's are so catchy. You won't find any ballad's in this mini album though. Mostly hyper/Energetic song's .. Kara really give off this.. Vibe.. They're so full of life.. This mini album show's a bit of it, Considering it's only 4 tracks+ 1 that's repeated.. Except with a few less effect's than the first one, Which i still love like crazy ! But.. Hmm.. As a nutty psycho biased Kara fan girl.. I have to say.. I LOVE THIS ! I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT !! Omg the picture's are so beautiful.. I instantly fell in love with it.. I got so nutty that i actually bought two copies !! I was too scared to ruin the album.. That it took me a while to get the plastic cover open.. I didn't buy them from this site.. Yesasia took a while to restock.. So i had to buy them else where T_T Hm.. So anyways !! Buy buy buy :3 You wont be disappointed if you're a pop/Hyperish person ^^ And if you are disappointed :s then.. Just needa learn to love this kinda music.. Cuz we gonna be listening a whoole lot more of it :D~ |

Better this time!

This album had so many pretty and high quality pictures. I was so happy DSP finally stepped up with the cash and we see it in the songs and the Pretty Girl music video! Hara and Jiyoung have improved especially in the song Ing (I Am), but what is more apparent is Nicole and Gyuri, both taking over the position which Sunghee used to hold and i think they are doing a great job :D The only thing is that, their albums tend to have Seungyeon singing most of the lines, it's not a bad thing but it's not letting Gyuri or Nicole showcase their singing abilities and those two can belt it out too. Overall, i really liked this album, it was such a departure from Rock U and Pretty Girl got the public really interested in KARA. This when the "2nd generation" of KARA really begins! |

KARA going in the right direction.

This album contains a bunch of KARA songs remixed. Honey, helped KARA finally get their first number 1 song after 3 years since debut. KARA won 4 awards for Honey and are more popular than ever! I love the photo booklet, the package is similar to their Pretty Girl mini album and it's a great collectors item. With Honey, KARA has found their true image :) i still have higher expectations from all of them so i gave this album an 8. |

KARA music path is like growing up. They return with Rock U that capture the attention of everyone and showed a cute and elementary girls image of jumping back and showing the return of KARA. Whether or not Rock U really captured the love from the audience KARA had printed their name in the audience heart. And not long after, they release their next Mini-Album Pretty Girl with confident and smile. First they showed their name as KARA and now they showed their charm as Pretty Girls. With addicted song and dance steps. The KARA virus is spread everywhere. Finally, continue their promotion, Honey came out. With a special new Mini-Album containing beautiful pictures and heartfelt lyrics, the girls had reach the top. Honey complete their comeback path. This album is not only worth your money but worth your love and patience for KARA. |
