Three-piece J-pop band Go! Go! 7188 returns with their first 2008 single. Kataomoi Fighter is their follow-up to last summer's hit Manatsu no Dance Hall. It's also the end title theme for the TBS anime series Itarazu na Kiss based on the same-titled manga by Oda Kaoru. A live version of Ashinoke from the band's Sugoroku tour performance at the Shibuya Ax is also included on this release.

First Press Limited Edition comes in an original Itarazu na Kiss illustration sleeve cover.
