Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa, bears many secrets. Joo Moon Jin in Kwanwon do, a desolate and isolated province in eastern Korea, where this movie is set, has its own share of mysteries as well.
In this movie, Hye Sik, a detective, showed up in Joo Moon Jin with his deceased twin brother's ashes. Unknown to Hye Sik, his brother had been involved with the local gangs. Upon his arrival, the gangs mistaken Hye Sik as his brother and the detective began to wonder about his late brothers involvement with them. Slowly he learnt the truth...
