The directorial debut of renowned actor Kishitani Goro, Killer Virgin Road is an offbeat road comedy about two women who bond over an unlikely task: dumping a dead body. Popular actress Ueno Juri (Nodame Cantabile) plays the happy-go-lucky accidental killer, while Kimura Yoshino (Orochi) is the depressive suicidal accomplice. Many crazy adventures await when these two charming killers hit the road together! The film also co-stars EXILE's Maki Daisuke, Koide Keisuke (Cyborg She), Terawaki Yasufumi (Aibou), Tanaka Kei (Tajomaru), Nakao Akiyoshi (Drop), and Kitamura Kazuki (Suspect X).

On the day before her perfect wedding to her perfect boyfriend (Maki Daisuke), Hiroko (Ueno Juri) kills her landlord in a freak accident. The desperate bride-to-be stuffs his body in a suitcase, hops in her car, and heads for Mt. Fuji to dump the corpse. On the way there, she runs into Fukuko (Kimura Yoshino), who was trying to commit suicide and somehow landed on Hiroko's car. Fukuko decides to help dispose the body if Hiroko helps her commit suicide afterwards. But first they have to evade the motorcycle gang and bicycle cop who are in hot pursuit!

줄거리 (Synopsis)

모 든 신부에겐 비밀 사연이 있다!
어릴 때부터 뭘 해도 만년꼴찌로 불리는 히로코(우에노 주리). 완소 남친과의 결혼을 하루 앞두고 행복의 절정에 빠져있던 그녀는 절대 있어서는 안되는 일생일대 최악의 사건을 맞는다. 알고 보니 자신의 변태 스토커인 집주인이 하필이면 자신의 집에서 의문의 사고로 변사체가 된 것! 일생일대의 프로젝트 결혼, 오직 그것만은 꼴찌를 하지 않겠다는 신념 하나로 살아온 그녀에게 자수? 신고? No~ no! "저...미안하지만, 결혼식만 올리고 신고할게요!"

절대 열수 없는 가방(!)을 처리하러 산에 간 히로코는 죽고싶어 안달이 난 고바야시(키무라 요시노)를 만난다. 그리고, 가방 처리를 도울 테니 자신을 죽여달라는 황당한 요구를 받게 되는데... 이미 시체 운반, 증거인멸, 도주까지! 히로코의 죄는 깊어져 가고, 결혼은 멀어져 간다는 진실을 또박또박 짚는 명령을 따를 수 밖에 없다. 하지만 왜, 야산에 이렇게도 사람이 많은지!

도 망치는 것이라면 무조건 쫓고 보는 조건반사 폭주족과 잘생긴 산장주인, 정체불명의 멧돼지와 결정적인 것은 꼬리에 꼬리를 물고 쫓아오는 경찰이 끼어있다는 것!
