　　羅偉辰又稱[拳神]，是泰國華僑，他以快速的拳腳聞名於泰國街頭。他已經將拳擊看作一種藝術，他聽說香港拳術天才成志退出拳擊界，並隱居國內，拳神便決定找成志切磋。在國內拳神碰上貪財的小芬，小芬帶他到酒吧，老闆洪強的弟弟洪力欺淩酒客，小芬利用拳神為酒客解圍。成志常常喝酒麻醉自己，洪力迫成志對付拳神抵償欠債，並暗設拳擊賭賽圖利，小芬破壞洪力詭計，令洪力損失慘重。拳神向成志討教，成志不肯，原因是他在拳賽中曾誤殺對手。芬媽引發成志出手，成志終於明白，練武已經是賦予拳術生命，拳術已成為自己生命的一部分，揮不走，甩不掉。洪力綁架小芬又破壞芬媽貨倉，拳神被電單車隊埋伏，險象環生，成志相助，眾人逃走，洪強卻找來幾個武術高手埋伏，疲憊的拳神，成志只好施展混身解數對敵……
