　　Two young outcasts, Taipao And Vipao, are knocking about in the world, Loiving on nothing but their natural wiles. Bad luck, however, dogs their every step. For instance, the moment they con a gold-smith out of 20 tales of gold, Fatty the beggar makes away with their loot, substituting the gold with stone. Not knowing the substitution, the two go the a casino and makes a killing, only to be beaten and thrown out when they produce the "gold".
　　Then they try to cheat a restaurant owner, and in no time somebody cheats them out of their last worldly belonging. The two realize their own inadequacy and go about to find a teacher to learn kung fu.....
