PERFECT 10 !!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

if you thought her secret album was great, you are in for a treat with this Black Cherry album. Black Cherry is a super awesome album. i loved the whole album. quite a few numbers of fast dance catchy tracks. many fun songs about being in love and loving someone. then there are some slow songs. yume no uta is kind of sad and dark, too bad futari de is not on this album -- that is why i bought her yume no uta/futari de single to get the futari de song. and the First Press comes with 3 bonus tracks: Twinkle, Go WAY!! Won't Be Long -- Red Cherry Version. i love the song Twinkle, a very cute love song, she sang this whole song in English. her English pronunciation is pretty good, she makes the words sound cute and sexy. wished they had included the version of Twinkle where she sings it as a duet with Taiwanese singer Alan Luo... that version is on Alan Luo's Speshow album. Black Cherry is a super awesome album and i give it a Perfet 10 ! because it is Perfect! if you are only to get one album this year, Koda Kumi's Black Cherry album is the one to get.

btw, i love the cover photo and the back photo of this album. Koda Kumi looks magnificently beautiful.

Nice album! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

I have this album now for less then 2 weeks, and I'm very happy with it. The movie was pretty nice, but you have to understand Japanese a bit, you get a special cherry girl booklet which is very awesome! A lot of pretty pics taking from the movie, some liner notes, profiles etc. All in Japanese ofcourse. And the first dvd had most of her pv's of 2006 in high quality+ making of the pv's. The making of was really cute, and you can't miss it if you are a true Kuu fan! Especially when Kuu takes her care of her dog ramu-chan! And now the album it self. I believe that the album has different genres, from ballad to rock. So, I think that most of the people won't like all the songs since it's so different and really not just one genre. I myself like it a lot. Opening looked first like trance, but then it changed to more a Kuu song. Get up and move really makes you move! tsuki to taiyo is a really sweet and gentle song, while candle light is a sad song with simple piano. Her first composed song milk tea was pretty good, but a bit too short. And if you are lucky enough, you will also get 3 extra tracks: Go way!! a happy song and pretty good, but you have to get used to it, Twinkle English version is really good, but I liked the Japanese version a bit more and won't be long red cherry version. This version is the same the one Kuu sang with Exile, but this time she sings this on her own. I found the red cherry version a bit better then the black cherry version both on the album. That makes the about 71 minutes long includig the 3 extra tracks. I think the album was really good worth the money, especially+ the 2 dvd's. It's differce which is a good try to new Jpop fans. Enjoy the album!

Whomever has preconceived notions that Ku is more style than substance should watch the short film. Her screen presence is awesome! Along with "Black Cherry," you get a sampler of her latest PV's, along with a "Making Of" trailer.

Amazing!!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

I just got this album in the mail today any i have been listening to it for hours on end i can't stop listening. Every song on Album is great quality music! The DVD is great too all her good PV's but Wont be long Video wasn't on there hmm.. The second Disc which is kodas black cherry show. And i might add is really good. Koda is a great actress. . And also you get a free booklet with pics of Koda From black cherry but supplies are limited.This Is A Great Buy! No koda kumi Fan should be wihtout this album!
