Good Sports

Korea makes long movies, why not see a longer version of another long movie. I noticed something. I keep seeing sport related Korean films where the judges screw the Koreans over. Does this happen often? Did the North Americans really pick fight after fight and call the Koreans dog eaters? Why not the Japanese, the Chinese ... maybe all this happened ... we were very busy being racist at the olympics. Well, it was quite a few years back and times have changed. But movies haven't. Check this out, some underdogs are going to get together and win! Okay, enough, actually this isn't a bad film and I really like this new Buzz pictures. They seem to have some interesting releases. A Yoga-based horror film? I like movies like this because my Korean history is a bit hazy, if non-existent. This is a bit melodramatic and the same type of sport plot you'll often see but you'll still love it once the skiing starts. And get a bit worried as the fifth skier jumps as there are only a few ways to show a skier jump. Watch out for an awesome cameo while I wait for a movie about a sporting team made of players who are obviously going to win, who lose. |
