US government has set up a secret research to determine the effects of highly radioactive isotope X on animals in a remote island in Pacific Ocean. however, the experiment goes awry when massive doses of the isotope is being injected to a king cobra and a Komodo. This makes the reptiles grow to enormous proportions, break free from the laboratory and race off into the Jungle. Meanwhile, a small team led by Mike Stoddard accompanied by TV news reporter and three of his Green peace colleagues come to the island to expose the experiment to the world. However, what they discover is not the cruel experiment, but some huge fierce carnivorous lurking in the Jungle in search of food....
