Korean Children's Musical OST - Oneuli & Princess Balhae collects traditional Korean children's songs featured in the children's musicals Oneuli and Princess Balhae. Based on traditional Korean folk tales, the musicals have enjoyed surging popularity in Korea, with the 2006 run of Princess Balhae drawing audiences of more than 10,000 children to the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts.

The children's drama Oneuli is based on a Jeju folk story about a girl raised by a godlike 1,000 year-old crane. Princess Balhae is a traditional puppet play about the ancient Korean kingdom Balhae, and teaches children that love and courage should be clung to during times of hardship. Songs from Oneuli (Track 1-18) make up the first part of this soundtrack, with songs from Princess Balhae (Track 19-30) rounding out the album.
