Painful.

I had heard a lot of good things about Garnet Crow, so I picked up this single. Very regretful I did so, while the instrumentals were lovely and I rather actually liked listening to the "karaoke" vocal-less piece, the vocalist tried so hard to sing deeper than her range (I don't think that Johnny Cash could have gone as deep as she was trying for). In the brief, relief-filled moments she actually went into her range she was off-key. I will not be listening to Garnet Crow again. |
