September 30, 2001 Unite -- a.k.a. Evolution part 2First of all, I must say that Ayu is my favorite J-Pop artist and probably will be as long as she stays in the business. After constantly listening to new singles and old favorites, this song is a definate disappointment to me. After listening to it, I noticed how the music was identical to Evolution -- beautiful lyrics and vocals, but same music and instrumentals. Because of this I ask, "Is Ayu becoming the next Britney?" I ask it because the majority of Britney's songs sounds very identical to each other. Hopefully, Ayu will not go in that direction. As for the cover, it doesn't really grab my attention. Last words: The lyrics are great, the vocals are wonderful, the music is very poor.
