樊梨花大耍戲法，誓要找那意中人！

西涼國寒江關守將樊洪將女兒梨花(宣萱)許配給大將軍楊藩(曾偉權)。豈料花在大婚前夕上路找尋與她有夙世姻緣的白袍戰將。薛仁貴(石修)攻打西涼，花回國助陣。陣上，花驚見一白袍戰將，於是運用幻術將他三擒三縱。戰將原來是貴之子丁山(馬德鐘)，他一再悔婚，最後更逃回大唐。

花直追至大唐，大唐皇帝看出花對唐有利，於是下旨要山迎娶花。山、花大婚之日，藩率兵攻唐……

General FAN has arranged a marriage for his daughter, FA (HSUAN JESSICA HESTER), with another general, YEUNG FAN (TSANG WAI KUEN). The day before the marriage, FA runs away from home to look for her ultimate lover, the White-gowned Warrior. SIT YAN KWAI (SHEK SAU) of the Tong Empire goes to fight against FA's country. FA returns to help. She spots a white-gowned warrior during a battle and uses her magic to capture and release him three times.

Apparently, the warrior is KWAI's son, TING SHAN (MA TAK CHUNG), who later cancels the engagement with FA chases after SHAN. The Tong Emperor finds FA useful in battle, so he orders SHAN to marry her. On their wedding day, invaders are at the border again...
