　　頭腦靈活及身手敏捷的女探員賀玲珠（陳寶珠飾）和幹探薛邦（曾江飾）受聯邦調查局的人員邀請，協助他們完成一樁重要任務，去防止一份飛彈計劃筆記文件落入野心國家之手。

　　兩位外國科學家在聖誕前親自擕帶巨款來與一聯幫國際特務交易，購買那份秘密文件，為恐對方有詐，中央警探從中協助進情。在探長慎密佈置下，幹探薛邦假扮犯事判監及被開除，乘機混入黨中；同時女探員賀玲珠也假扮舞女，與薛邦一起混入特務集團的核心。

　　結果，玲珠在特務首領貓眼總部中發現了重要的秘密電碼，而薛邦也揭破了貓眼黨的擄人陰謀，令貓眼女郎全軍覆沒。
