This is an excellent album and it's a must get for everyone out there whether you're a fan or not. I myself have been immerse in Cantonese and Japanese music for a long time and it's been ages since I listen to Chinese music. However this young girl here brought me back to the Chinese music scene with her vast vocals and talent in being able to write her own music. She was outstanding in "One Million Star 3" which clearly explains her success in winning the competition. I saw her performance in the competition and from then was attracted to her. This album comprises of 11 songs which is all pen by herself and includes songs which she sang during the competition. Although the songs as compared to the original is much commericialised now, they are still pleasant to the ears and have an after effect of staying in listeners mind. track 4 and 6 is her hit single where track 4 is a really sad ballad that speaks of her 1st love and track 6 included the elements of taiwanese culture giving it a new flavour to the entertainment industry. track 1 is a sweet and fast song which speaks of her current relationship with co star from the competition. Track 7 has reowned singer Tanya Chua playing the guitar for her. All songs are really good. A cd which is not to be missed! |

This is a gem of a debut release. If this is anything to go by she`s a singer to look out for. Great voice, nice songs. Worth checking out for sure!! |

Love it ^^ Awesome!!

This is the first time I really pay attention to this girl. After hearing this album, all I can say is this album is awesome! I think she will be a great singer in a few years. This newcomer is really awesome! Her vocal moved me. I can't really understand how her voice could touch me while I didn't really get the lyrics.Yet her singing did touch me.. Although her singing skill is not superb, her vocal is so honest and passionate. All the songs are composed by herself. She's a good composer. Doesn't seem like an amateur in song-writing. She can make various genre of songs. Acoustic, Rock,Jazz, etc. Amazing! I like the music arrangement in this album too. High quality, not just standard ! Finally, I recommend this album to all people who even don't know her before. A very satisfying album!! 10 stars!! |
