2011년 5월 밴드 결성 20주년을 맞이하여 ‘도쿄 아지노모토 스타디움’ 에서 「20th L’Anniversary LIVE」 (2 Days)를 진행하였고 양일 티켓이 모두 당일 매진되었다. 일본은 물론 해외 6개 도시 (한국 포함)의 영화관에서도 동시 생중계로 중계되어 총 10만명 이상을 동원하는 결과를 낳았다.
2011년 9월부터는 전국 5개 도시 투어 「20th L’Anniversary TOUR」를 진행했으며 12월 4일 교세라돔 오사카에서 펼쳐진 투어 파이널 공연을 일본 전국 극장 및 홍콩, 대만, 한국으로 동시 생중계하였고 국내에서는 해외 아티스트 라이브 생중계 공연 사상 최고의 좌석수를 오픈하는 경이로운 기록을 새웠다.
2012년에는 홍콩, 상하이, 타이페이, 방콕, 뉴욕, 런던, 파리, 도쿄 등의 월드 투어 개최를 발표하여 한층 더 큰 활약이 기대되는 J-Rock의 진수 라르크의 20주년 제3탄 싱글!!
