Last Smile, First Tear was an acclaimed musical produced by Hong Kong theatrical troupe W Theatre with Warner Music in 2008 starring pop singer Fiona Sit and acclaimed stage artists Joey Leung and Edmond Tong, with Harris Ho (brother of pop idol Denise Ho) serving as music director.

The story follows an intuitive girl named Fiona, who has chosen to isolate herself from the world following the premature death of her best friend, and Fiona's boss, Joe, who has been cynical about love ever since his mother gave him up when he was a child. Proving that the more you fear to love, the more you desire to be loved, the two lonely souls meet and develop an extraordinary relationship.

This DVD contains the live recording of the stage musical which features popular songs like "The Smile of Heaven", "Holding My Breath", plus the duets "For Me Ten Years Later" (Fiona with Edmond) and "Sweet Honey" (Fiona with Joey).
