Evan (C.Thomas Howell)witnesses his parents had been killed by Gino Carlucci(James Russo),a rival mafiso, when he was a child. Twenty years later, he has grown up to become the top student at the University of Miami Law School. Elise Talbot (Amber smith),a beautiful and mysterious new student hired by Gino Carlucci, uses her feminine wiles to find ut his past and then drops him. Five years later, Elise accused of mudering her husband, Gino Carlucci, and want to enlist Evan as her defense attorney. As Evan gets involved in Elise's defense, he finds himself enticed once more and caught in a tangled web of deceit and echoes from his past involves all of the suspect.....
