Chan Mong Gut may not completely understand the confusing laws of the British court, but thanks to his quick mind and even quicker wit, he's willing to take on whatever the stodgy Brits plan on throwing at him! Director Joe Ma serves up the gags with consistent hilarity, and Stephen Chow provides his usual, inimitable comic charisma. Co-starring frequent Stephen Chow collaborator Karen Mok as Chan Mong Gut's stubborn wife.
