期間楊門女將出征告捷，乘勝追擊，直搗「金沙灘」。太后借助奸細王欽裡應外合，把楊門女將陷於絕地困局。幸得杜金娥不顧生死，破敵陣解救，助八妹及排風返朝，在八賢王及寇準的幫助下，成功請得六郎出關，裡應外合殺退遼兵。太君終為金娥鍥而不捨的精神所動，承認金娥為楊家媳婦。
蕭后死心不息，派人前往宋朝盜取軍事機密。在楊家眾人合力追查之下，奪獲名冊，更解開名冊秘密，欲趕返京城，揭破遼國的陰謀，惜被王欽及王妃暗中陷害，六郎失蹤生死未卜。幸得楊家忠將楊安奮勇追查，終於發現六郎藏身之地，救出六郎。楊門揭發王欽和王妃原是遼國奸細，真宗大怒，即下令捉拿二人。楊家再次立下大功，為宋室解除一個極大的威脅。

well, want my opinion on this series? didnt my title explain everything already? a totally excellent cast, what a combination of the best from many countries in making this legendary film. the ending in contrast to usual comments is actually very appropriate as to show that all these widows and women in the Yang's family not only have the will to live on after their loved ones died but also a more-powerful-than-ever will. to me, the most tearjerking and heartbreaking touching scene would be when Yang An was in Ba Mei's lap when he was dying, as Ba Mei kept on saying many things but Yang An just kept absolute silent(intentionally) helplessly as he closely listened to every single word Ba Mei had to say as she told him to go to sleep. he was feeling the pain for leaving Ba Mei alone in the world and the guilt for making such a decision!!! Carmen Lee is the main reason that i bought this film and im totally impressed with her acting skill as it keeps getting better and better through time. Also, the background theme music is more heroic and touching than ever that aids alot in the mood-creating effect. all actors and actresses are SUPERB. I would like to say thanks to all who had put reviews up here that persuaded me into buying this extraodinary film. for now, i just wanna get a bigger tv and more powerful sound system to better enjoy this great film(a new treasure in my favorite films collection box) |

an okay story
| i found the film would have been better if carman lee's character was written for her, carman really didn't do a good job in the film, she basically relied on two expression for everything. if they were going to make her out to be 'the best' then they should have made someone to admire. carman lee was definitely more of a spoiled brat then anything else. Ning Jing's appearence in the film was definitely the highlight, from the word go she captured the audience with her 'egoistic' attitude, a woman in a man's world, definitely someone admirable. Theresa Lee would have been a good story if they did not downplay her in favor of Carman. pity for she would have stollen the show alot more then carman would. |

VERY GOOD!!!
| One of the best series that I have ever seen and I'm a very picky person when it comes to movies. Although it has some zzzzz parts, the movie is still excellent and entertaining enough to be watched over and over. I like this series as much as I like "The Condor Hero." |

a series to worth watching
| from the beginning of this series, it keeps me go on and cant stop to go on the next chapter. full of action and comedy. great movie to see on the weekend. i like yang an and ba mei and her sister. its cute. |

Carman Lee is very very beautiful!!

I have not watch this movie yet, but I looked the picture of Carman Lee in this movie. She is very very beautiful!! I think she must have acted pretty good in this movie. I really really like her icy beauty look in Tieu Long Nu in The Return of the Condor Heroes 1995. She looked very very beautiful in that movie. She also acted really well in that role. I am a big fan of her. I'm in a searching for a copy of this movie. I hope I can find one. I wound like give this movie a 10. |
