Johnny's Entertainment group Kanjani8 releases their first drama theme song with Life ~ Menomae no Muko e ~. The lighthearted rock song is being used for the TBS medical drama GM Odore Doctor, featuring group member Okura Tadayoshi, and it carries a message of moving forward without giving up. The single also includes the B-side track Aoshyashin.

First Press Edition B comes with a making of photo booklet, plus a DVD with episodes five to eight of Prologue of Patch.
