來自澳門的容美玲，四歲那年患了小兒痲痺症，自小就注定要與輪椅為伴，走那跟別人不一樣的人生路。然而，她不讓殘障成為障礙，並努力裝備自己，以堅強的意志完成學業，成為醫院院牧，每天推著輪椅，出入澳門和香港的醫院，和病人接觸，以真誠的關懷和愛，為他們帶來平安與安慰。

經常出海的波叔（野谷戶外活動中心主任）喜歡以風帆比喻自己的人生：途中會經歷到許多驚濤駭浪、不可測的危險，若要到達彼岸就必須超越艱難，緊握目標和方向。波叔鑒於現時的青少年在安逸的生活環境下，缺乏面對困難的能力，他希望透過風帆訓練，跟年輕人分享生命當中的種種體驗。
