March 6, 2007 I love it!This is also my first Namie CD. I love hip-hop so I definately enjoy this CD. Very upbeat tracks! It definately makes you wanna get up and dance. There's also the few ballads that are there when you feel like slowing down. For those people who like to work-out or go to the gym, this is an excellent choice of music!
