Hong Kong singer-songwriter Rachel Kar has developed a more mature sound in her latest album. After the release of Solo in 2007, the classically-trained, multi-talented musician has furthered her studies in England and America, enriching her range and styles. To prepare for the production of this Mandarin album, she even moved to Taipei, a new environment for her to concentrate on songwriting. Taking in influences from jazz and classical to folk and Brit rock, Rachel spent a year making this album, whose ten songs convey her love for friends, family, lover, pets, and the nature, and her genuine feelings and reflections in life.

繼上張專輯「獨奏」正式發行後, 賈立怡便前往英美進修音樂，並花了一年時間製作全新國語創作專輯「聽聽.明媚風光」。

製作這張專輯的過程中，賈立怡特別搬到台北，將自己沈澱在一個全新的環境中，認真的感受、自在的創作，這張專輯累積兩年了實力與生活感觸，不但結合了她在音樂方面的造詣，同時也將自己對於愛的認識和理解融入到整張專輯中。

面對生活與愛，所有的擁有、失去、想念、感動、眼淚，賈立怡都試圖謙卑且忠實地一一記錄在自己的創作中，有對寵物們的愛、對家人的愛、對大自然的愛、對朋友的愛、對戀人的愛……聽完這張專輯，希望是充滿了愛，也希望像是看了很美麗舒服的景色，明媚的風光。
