This series is really cute. If you want a light comedy love story series, i recommend you watch it. We will also learn the korean traditions. Looks great wearing those time and memorial korean gowns.

This series would give you an idea of how lee dong gun would be a big star someday. as early as year 2000, he exhibited a wide range of emotion on Tv screen. This series is funny and the woman-villain has a diffrent take on being an antagonist . cute to watch.

Definately one of the better shows that i've watched so far.I've like Lee Dong Gun since i first saw him in Lovers In Paris.I've like his character here better as a prosecutor caught between abiding to the arranged marriage and not prepared in settling down yet.Han Ji Hye also potrays herself well as an 18 year old whom was reluctant to get married at first but realising later that it's what she had wanted all along.Truly a funny show to watch with some memorable moments.

This is a story about the love between a seemingly incompatible couple, a brave and mischievous high school girl and a cute all-conquering and powerful public prosecutor. They overcome their age difference and an equally vast gap in social status and upbringing to weave a cute yet great story of love in a comical spin. Yun Jeong-suk is a high school girl aim on doing things her own way but is a descendant of one of the most aristocratic families of Korea. She is not interested in studying nor does she seem to have a purpose in life. But the patriarchs of her family and the public prosecutor's had already decided that their offsprings were to get married. So at the age of 18, she has to wed the son of another equally blue-blooded family, Kwon Hyeok-jun, a straight shooter who has to do everything according to the norm but still retains the purity of heart.

This miniseries is so sweet and heartwarming that it makes me laugh and cry at the same time.It deals w/ family, tradition, relationships from two different perspectives the young and the mature.The young growing into the relationship and vice versa. Love the script and the idea that true love exist no matter what age.Sweet 18 is really what it is,SWEET!

SWEET 18!!! its funny.. plus the hero is my favourite actor.. watched him in LOVERS IN PARIS.. and i just fell in LOVE that i just bought any of the dramas he is starring in.. hehe..

ok about the drama.. its 100% funny!!! when I watched the first disc, my first impression was "here it goes again..typical korean drama..sad..tears.." NOPE! i was more exposed to korean culture and tradition..and life as a whole..touches my heart in different angles..viewing life in different perspectives..

better if watched with your girlfriends.. have a nice laugh and enjoy the weekend or night together..

i place this drama a special place in my heart!! LOVE IT TO THE MAXXX!!!

I haven't seen sweet 18 but since my favorite actor lee dong gun is in it, it has to be good. I want to get all of lee dong gun's tv shows/movies because like i said he is a good actor and i liked him the most in lovers in paris when he was after tae-young who was played by kim jung eun. I just know this drama is great based on other peoples reviews. I will be getting this drama soon.

TOP NOTCH SERIES! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I agree with all of the positive reviews about this series. I was addicted to Lee Dong Gun, after watching him at Lovers in Paris. I ended up collecting most of his tv series and movie. But out of all of his works, I love him here the best. The story, the plot, and the chemisty with the lead actress is excellent. I watched this all over again for about 5 times. :P

It was just so disappointing that Channel 7 placed this series in such a loser time slot. The dubbing is also terrible. This was sooooo much better that Attic Cat, and that series got a Primetime slot. Tsk tsk, talk about bad decision. I hope someone from that station reads this. Don't get me wrong I'm a KAPUSO, but I was just disappointed that you were not able to promote this such great series....

LEE DONG GUN & HAN JI HYE is GOOD they are so funny every episode is so Funny!!! but... what irritates us is that here in the Philippines the Station that aired it (GMA 7) has a bad & lousy dubber!! The voice is very irritating!!! unlike the one who dub LEE DONG GUN voice in LOVERS IN PARIS very sweet and sincere!!! anyway.. SWEET 18 is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who want a feel good series!!! Congrats!!
