From studio to stage
| Gigi's live performance is adequately commendable. Granted, she does not lip-sync like many performers, but she still fumbles and sounds wobbly on certain phrases and notes. She sings well when she is most at ease, as can be heard on track 6 and track 11. Gigi is still essentially a studio-artist, but she is gaining momentum to gradually become a stage artist. |

confused over "live" cd and an album
| It is very normal to have heavy breathing in "live" performance. If you didn't hear heavy breathing in other "live" cd, most probably it is not live! I've heard "return to the past". i felt it is ok. not as bad as u think. Even though it is not perfect, surely it can;t just worth 1 star. |

Gigi has already done her best
| I dare not say Gigi is the best in singing. But she has done quite well in this concert. Having a concert is not easy. i think those high note she reach it quite well(at least she improved). If you think it is so easy singing, why not have an album yourself? |

Nice songs, poor live performance
| I like Gigi's love songs a lot. This disc has a great selection of her love songs and I bought it for that reason. Unfortunately, her live performance is rather inconsistent. She did well on very few tracks, for me only tracks #4, #7, #8 and #12 are passable. Her singing sounds very bad in Jay Zhou's 'Return to the past' and Hacken Lee's 'Song of the midnight moon'. She pushed and forced those high notes out of her throat in Hacken's song while she only needed to relax a bit and sang those high notes gently. The Halloween Medley sounds shocking. She was obviously walking/running around when she performed this song. She sounds like she was dying of short of breath. I hope she practise more in singing live. I am looking forward to her Cantonese greatest hits #2 to be released! |

Heavy breathing, out of tone alot of times

I wonder how many of the reviewers that reviewed this CD actually listened to the CD? Her concert was fine, but this 903 Live is unaccetable. For instance, she doesn't have any tone when she was singing Jay's "hui dao guo chu". The last Halloween Melody was terrible as she was so breathless when singing. I enjoy alot of Gigi songs like "Cinderella" and "The person he likes is you", but if you wanna listen to Gigi sing live, get the concert CD instead of this... |
