In 2010, Makihara Noriyuki celebrated his 20th anniversary as a musician. In addition to a tribute album to his music, Makihara also put on a total of four concerts at the Osaka-jo Hall and Tokyo's Nippon Budokan. Featuring a full band and orchestra arranged by Sukima Switch's Tokida Shintaro, the Sing Out Gleefully concert is a joyful performance of Makihara's most popular hits, such as Donna Toki mo, Sekai ni Hitotsu dake no Hana, and Mou Koi nante Shinai.
