My first visualive I saw and I love it!

This concert is nothing like you have ever seen before. The songs are beautiful, the production is amazing. The dvd is fantastic quality and is worth every cent you pay for for it. The documentart is interesting to watch, it shows how much work went into this amazing concert. This concert is a feast for the eyes and ears. I highly recommend you watch this concert. You will not regret it. |

Amazingly done and a visual ravishment~

I've been a Gackt fan ever since I picked up my copy of Dirge of Ceberus where the song, Redemption, was the theme song. This was 4 years ago and Im now 17 years old XD This is my first concert dvd I own of Gackt, and first concert of Gackt I have seen so I didn't know what to expect besides it being totally amazing. And I was right! It was absolutely stunning and beautiful and most of have been exhuastingly done! The songs he sung were equal quality of any of his songs on cds and the perfomances are just awesome! I usually clapped after each song, screamed with joy in the middle and sang my favourite songs XD Honestly, I liked the 2nd disc best because my favourite songs were in there as well as the best performances (like horse riding and a floating coffin!) The 2nd disc was abit average to me...Until I saw the 2nd to last song, December Love. I finished watching the concert with a smile on my face and with an everlasting impression. The extras a pretty nice with subtitled opening skits, intermission skit and a "making of" that includes some funny bloopers and antics. This is a must buy for any Gackt fan! |

Gackt - Diabolos Live Tour

First I just want to say what a great service YesAsia.com is. I live in England, and Japanese shopping sites are the only way I can get my hands on rare GACKT merchandise. Yes, it's pricey but YesAsia does not charge for shipping and my goods arrived in excellent condition after a couple of weeks. Now on to the dvd review. My heart was thumping when I opened this; the packaging by the way, is lovely and comes with a nice booklet. The dvd itself... 'wow' is all I can say. It's utterly amazing! What I wouldn't give to have been there. GACKT puts such effort and hard work into his live concerts. His voice also is fantastic live; his smooth, deep tone sounds as good as album recordings in my opinion. The costumes, the dancing, and he comes in on horseback *grins* What more could you want? Worth every penny! I adore GACKT for making such beautiful music. This is something I will watch again and again. |

AMAZING

This concert will blow your mind. Not only is the concert so wonderfully staged with props, dancers, an orchestra, a floating coffin, and live galloping horses, Gackt sings like an angel. His voice is amazing in this concert (as it usually is) and will not disappoint. He not only plays his newer songs off of his DIABOLOS album, but other classics off of his previous albums. The cinematography is amazing and makes you feel like you are right there, witnessing this god-concert for yourself. Gackt is dark and cool, then cute and happy. I will admit, I was moved to tears by the end of the concert. This is a must have for any Japanese music lover, and especially Gackt fans. |

I know I'm a very late comer to his fandom! This concert just made me Gackt's instant fan. He has all it takes to be a star. Watch it! I especially like the works and the way he prepared for his concert. Highly recommended! And thanks to Cathy for her review! |

I could hardly speak after I viewed this concert for the first time because it truly is gob-smacking. All of Gacts live concert DVDs are excellent but trust me on this one, this live is ten times better than any of those...the man sets a very high standard. I live in England and have always regarded myself as pretty lucky that I have very regular access to most top quality music concerts. But I would give up all of those opportunities to just have one chance to see Gackt perform live. This DVD was worth every cent I paid for it. Believe me, I would have paid double for it. Thank you Gackt for giving me a remarkable piece of concert footage which I will treasure and play over and over again. |
