The Best Movie I've Ever Seen Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is the BEST movie I'ver seen. Cecilia Cheung's acting is so brilliant, no wonder she won the BEST ACTRESS Award for this movie. She deserves it. Her acting is flawless! Excellent movie. Two Thumbs Up. Don't miss this gem. This is A MUST Buy DVD.

This is the right movie to BUY!!!! Garanteed you will love it. Made me cry. For sure it will make you cry, Ceilia is so lovely in this movie. They guy looks alittle old, but I've seen him other movies, He is a good actor. Makes me love Cecilia even more.

Hi!! i'm from london, uk. i watched this film on dvd, and i think it is absolutly great! the story line touches your heart, makes you laugh and cry. the little boy is so, so cute! he's so sweet =) a definite one to watch! the kids a star! the other actors were good, cecilia has improved. louis koo looks gorgeous as always, hee hee. lau ching wan was quite funny in this film. well that's my review!! bye! peace out!

This movie is about true to life situation when bad things happened and how do you go on. Cecilia gave a good performances showing us how hard to do it alone. Too bad for Louis Koo's early departure but then this wouldnt be a story. Everything happen for a reason and she will always have a piece Louis trying to raised his son. She was like a real mother to him. It was heart breaking to see her suffered and trying to do the right thing. But I enjoy the movie just looking at Louis KOO!!

Great but lacks a "hook" Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I watched this movie knowing the first bit of it. I honestly expected more from the first half. This movie is a very touching movie with a predictable ending but has some interesting climaxes in between that (like a lot of movies) always gets explained by the characters own words. Cecilia did a great job as the stressed out, helpless "widow". Sean was great adapting to his character's personality and attitude. If only this movie had a better hook in between, it would have been perfect. I would say that Fly Me To Polaris is still better. But this movie made more sense =D

Can I say something different? Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
This is a very touching movie, I agree. But I also disagree two points: 1. Cecilia gave up the mini bus because she could not earn enough to keep it; this is just a living difficulty, I think even she could earn enough, she should release herself from the previous love to face the new future. 2. Cecilia had sex with Lau Ching Wan; if she did that because of his helps, then she was not respecting to herself, her boyfriend and Lau Ching Wan, helps should not be trading with sex! By the way, Louis Koo acted the best in this movie; Lau Ching Wan just kept his level; Celilia Cheung was OK but not good enough, her crying was not from the heart so her crying face did not look real.

I've seen better dramas than this Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Man, I thought that this would've been a good movie because of the number of reviews this movie that this movie has gotten so far not to mention that I read that this movie was nominated or won for Best Picture for the Hong Kong Film Awards. That wasn't the case for me. By the time the movie ended I was like,"This movie sucks." But I didn't think it was that bad either. I'd rather watch Korean drama films than something like this. I liked Cecilia Cheung's looks and acting but she's a bit irritating in this one scene when she cries. You get that sort of feeling that one gets when someone scratches their fingernails on a chalkboard when when you hear her cry. That how irritating her cry is. Anyway, I thought that I should've skipped this movie in the first place.

WITH HER ROLE AS SIU WEI IN THIS MOVIE, CECILIA CHEUNG HAS PROVEN HER GREAT ACTING ABILITIES AND POTENTIAL. THE CHARACTER HAS BEEN BROUGHT INTO LIFE PERFECTLY.ALSO THE PLOT IS INTERESTING. IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST HONG KONG MOVIE IN RECENT YEARS

I've just seen this movie today and I really want to buy this on vcd/dvd. My rate for this movie 9! It's probably one of the best Hong Kong movies I've seen. The story is very simple, and touching, but to act is a different story! I just want to say: very good acting and a strong storyline! Thumbs up for Hong Kong, and hope that they'll come up with more like this kind off stuff =D

Simply a must see! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
One of the best HK movies that I have seen in recent years. Cecilia delivers an amazing performance, showing that she can excel with the right script and direction. This is a movie about REAL ppl in a REAL world, if you prefer light-hearted fairy tale scripted movies (the usual HK fluff) then stay away from this movie. However, if you - like me - have a brain that can appreciate a movie for its acting and excellent execution of a simple yet touching plot then you are in for a treat! A tearjerker that will make you feel good!
