Vincent Jaio and Shu Chang Shine ! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
A very enjoyable drama with action and romance. A strong cast includes Cao Jun as the principal character Chen Xiang, Yvonne Lim as Ding Xaing , Liu Guan Xing as the 8th prince who are locked in a love triangle along with Shu Chang. Korean Actress Park Si Yoon as San Shen Mu and Yan Dan Chen as Chang e provide supporting great perfomances and seem to light up the screen whenever they appear.

Part of why this drama works so well is that usually Chinese (and dramas from other countries as well ) like to keep thing simple ...... you have your evil and good characters so you have no problems figuring out who the bad and good guys are ....but the real world isn't that simple. And besides Grey characters are always more interesting than evil or good characters. Which is why the greatest praise should be reserved for Vincent Jiao's perfomance as Er Lang Shen followed closely by Shu Chang as Xaio Yu whose character evolves throughout the series.

Wow, I was blown away by this drama! I honestly didn't think I was going to like this drama, but once I started watching it, I was glue to the television. All actors protrayed their characters very good and I was impress. The unexpected ending was, well, I'll leave it for the rest to find out.
