Excelling in filming love stories like Happy Birthday and Why Me, Sweetie?!, Hong Kong director Jingle Ma now offers the sweet movie Love In The City featuring an international cast from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Japan. Shawn Yue (Dragon Tiger Gate) from Hong Kong pairs up with Mainland Chinese actress Gao Yuanyuan (Shanghai Dreams) in the film. Japanese model Takuya Suzuki, whose debut movie Love Undercover 3 is indeed a Hong Kong production, plays Japanese rising star Naoko Miyake's admirer. Produced by the famous director Stanley Tong (The Myth) and written by the experienced playwright Yeung Sin Ling (Inner Sense), Love In The City shows how four youngsters in a small town overcome all barriers to find the greatest love in life.

Young traffic cop Yang Le (Shawn Yue) sees kindergarten teacher Xiao You (Gao Yuanyuan) leading her kids to cross the road everyday. While he starts to have special feelings for her, he suddenly learns from a friend that she is a deaf-mute. Meanwhile, Yang's half-brother has a crush on a super star (Naoko Miyake) while working as her Chinese interpreter. But she will leave China when shooting is over. Can the four find true love in the end?

A traffic warden Yang Le (Shawn Yue) fell in love with a nursery teacher Xiao You (Gao Yuanyuan) at the first sight. Yang Le learnt that Xiao You was suffering hearing distemperedness when they got closet.
