Capital Artists' "Love Is Bittersweet"
| It's been a while I haven't typed a review for Yesasia.com. I'm pretty proud to own this CD. Some of the classics that transcend time. My favourites includes Eason Chan's "Ferris Wheel of Fortune" and "Believe", the late Leslie Cheung's three songs, the late Anita Mui's "Talking About Love During Our Dance" (Yaat Mou King Ching), Andy Hui's "Loving You For Who You Are" and "Sunshine After The Rain", Miriam Yeung's "A Young Girl's Prayers", Alex To's two songs, Lui Fong's three songs, etc...... I love the "risen" pictures of the chocolates. Enjoy. |

It's too boring to see so many English love songs hits compilation. Finally, here's a local one. These 2 CDs contains HK love songs hits from 80s to 2000. A very good gimmick to define sad love songs and romantic love songs in two different disc. But they could do better if they also include PolyGram's and Warner's hits as these two companies also dominated the music industry in these 3 decades (before EEG founded in 2000). In addition, I feel that more Sammi's songs should be included. Compared both discs, I love Disc B more. To Andrew: the copyright control software does not support Chinese characters so they have to input the song names in English. So why in Mandarin translation? It is because the IFPI and CASH require their members to register the songs in Mandarin translation. It is a standard in music industry. Why I know that? It' because I am working for this industry too! |
