After putting a couple through the premarital trials of fidelity in Marriage with a Liar, Patrick Kong subjects a divorced couple to the controversial lifestyle of partner swapping in Love is the Only Answer! The prolific writer-director of several popular Hong Kong romantic melodramas boldly dives into the seamier side of love, sex, and marriage in his latest film, which is allegedly inspired by an urban legend that originated online years ago. With producer Wong Jing onboard, Kong brings back his longtime leading man Alex Fong Lik Sun (L for Love, L for Lies) and pairs him up with TV star Charmaine Sheh, along with Him Law, Kelly Fu, and sexy model Jeana Ho for a complicated web of relationships. The attractive cast of young stars also includes Carol Yeung, Rose Chan, Anjaylia Chan, and Jason Chan.

At the wedding banquet of Bo (Charmaine Sheh) and Ryan (Alex Fong), the playback of the couple's sweet, romantic home videos is cut away to reveal a shocking clip of Ryan making out with some other woman (Jeana Ho)! Bo calmly calls off the wedding and announces her breakup with this man she just married. A year later, Ryan approaches his ex-wife with an outrageous proposal: to come to a swingers club meeting with him. Bo is initially reluctant, but upon meeting Kit (Him Law) and his wife Lai (Kelly Fu) there, she finds herself attracted to Kit...

At Bobo & Ryan's wedding banquet, a video clip of their infatuation and courting is shown. All of a sudden, the guests are treated to a clip of Ryan (Alex Fong) in bed with a sexy lady. Then Bobo (Charmaine Sheh) calmly goes on stage to declare the marriage void, and to shame Ryan for his infidelity. This incident swiftly becomes a popular “Urban Legend” on the internet.

One day after a year of devoice, Ryan pleads Bobo for taking part in a wife swapping party as husband and wife so that he can pick up other women. Conservative Bobo instincts to refuse but Ryan pressurize with his richness. in the party, she is infatuated with a handsome doctor named Kit (Him Law), who comes with his spouse, Man Lai (Kelly Fu).

On the other hand, while another wedding banquet was playing a romantic clip of its groom Jason (Jason chan) and bride Christy (Anjaylia Chan), something familiar but unexpectedly appeared on screen....
