Veteran filmmaker Jeong So Yeong remakes his own touching 1968 film Love Me Once Again in 2002 with Lee Seung Yeon (3-iron) and Park Yong Ha (Winter Sonata) in the leading roles. Lee plays strong single mother Soo Jeong who is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Worried about the future of her daughter Ji Soo, she asks Ji Soo's father, a married man whom Soo Jeong broke off relations with when she realized she was pregnant, to take over as guardian.
