Over 1000 years ago during the Baekje Dynasty, there was a princess unlike any other. But alas, her love lies with her protector, General Guishil Ari (So Ji Sub). Determined to have the princess, General Kim kills Guishil, but Princess Puyeoju chooses death over submission. When she jumps off a cliff, however, she is mysteriously time warped into the future. In present-day Korea, Puyeoju meets again the two men of her life, reincarnated as fashion designer Kang In Chul and Japanese tycoon Fujiwara Tatsuji, opening a new page to their thousand-year romance. But will history repeat itself?

一千四百年前未了的情緣延續到了二十一世紀，無意間落入現代的扶餘公主，再一次夾在兩個男人之間 ~ 一個給予她無微不至的愛與照顧，另一個，卻是她心繫了一千四百年的情人……


1400年前，締造「百濟國」全盛時期的君主義慈王迷上傾國名妓金花，從此荒廢朝政，時局日益動盪不安。個性聰慧賢良的扶餘公主(成琉璃 飾)上諫父王，沈迷女色的義慈王未能聽勸。

終於，在百濟積弱不振之際，新羅攻入百濟邊界，將軍鬼室阿里(蘇志燮 飾)帶扶餘公主逃亡，戰火中兩人情愫漸生、相互傾心。百濟覆滅，扶餘公主傷痛之餘決意尋死，卻被阿里的忠誠與真心感動，兩人訂下終生之盟，並重整旗鼓準備復興百濟。

此時，曾在鬼室家做客，對扶餘公主覬覦已久的新羅間諜金儒釋乘亂把持兵權，殺害了阿里的父親紹明將軍，計誘阿里準備加害於他，扶餘公主得知阿里即將遇害的消息，於是前去為阿里求情，情願出賣自己以求阿里活命。

然而狡詐的儒釋為了兼顧愛與權勢，一方面假意同意扶餘公主的請求，私底下卻對阿里窮追不捨，並埋下伏兵準備暗中殺害阿里。被釋放的阿里心念情人扶餘公主，不顧安危毅然闖入虎穴，最後與儒釋兩雄爭鬥，儒釋痛下殺手，阿里傷重身亡……


親眼目睹情人死在敵人手下，扶餘公主哀慟欲恆，隨即跳崖尋死，但懸念著情人身影的芳魂竟然落入時空隧道，來到二十一世紀的漢城，正巧被阿里將軍轉世的浪蕩不羈的街頭混混仁澈所救。阿里完全失去了前世的記憶，當然也不記得曾經生死相許的扶餘公主，扶餘公主對於二十一世紀的一切也完全無法理解，空懷一片深情卻無法跨越1400年的隔閡……

另一方面，當年的金儒釋轉世為日本富家子弟，他無意間得到一幅古畫，畫中有著天仙之姿的女子正是扶餘公主。他一見此畫，便對畫中的女子一見鍾情，他帶著古畫來到漢城，與扶餘公主巧遇，給予茫然的她諸多關懷及溫暖。於是，一千四百年前未了的情緣延續到了二十一世紀，無意間落入現代的扶餘公主，再一次夾在兩個男人之間 ── 一個給予她無微不至的愛與照顧，另一個，卻是她心繫了一千四百年的情人……。
