　　金賢宇(金來沅飾)到美國的哈佛大學修讀法律，也在未婚妻瑟琪(鄭素熙)的安排下，在進宿舍前在旅館中住一晚，在旅館中遇上了李秀茵(金泰喜飾)，看到她與中年男子見面，又很親熱的樣子，誤會了秀茵是妓女。

　　後來，賢宇向教授問到學校生活意見的同時，看到了秀茵進入研究室脫吳教授的衣服，又再一次誤會了。

　　後來，在室支的安排下，在一次同學聚會中認識了洪政文(李廷鎮飾)，而且，發現了政文對他的敵意。

　　KAINZ教授不讓賢宇參加課程，參加了學習團體，又受到了同學們的反對和排擠，最後，在未婚妻瑟琪的幫助下，請了一個課外輔導老師，那個老師正正是秀茵，這時，他才知道秀茵是醫科系學生，在旅館中的中年男子是她的爸爸，而秀茵脫吳教授的衣是因為替他做診治，賢宇才知道一直誤會了秀茵。

　　賢宇與政文也全力的想約會秀茵，賢宇為了秀茵更特地參加了愛滋病服務團體的活動。另一邊廂，教授要舉行公開類比法庭大會，賢宇與政文在愛情及學業上的角力已全面展開……
