I didn't say it was great only because I have so many of their songs on other CDs. I was so excited to see a new Loveholic CD that I didn't read what songs were included before I ordered it. Simply irresistible

There are few musical artists capable of keeping me interested through 25 consecutive songs, but listening to all of the songs on this wonderful compilation album straight through is pure joy. Loveholic's "Dramatic & Cinematic" is an essential collection for all lover's of today's pop/rock music. The album features exquisitely written songs set in supportive arrangements capped by Ji Seon's memorable vocals. While many of the songs will be very familiar to Loveholic fans (11 or 12 of the songs also appear on the three previous Loveholic albums that I own), it is wonderful to hear even those familiar songs in this new setting. The songs that are new to me contain some great surprises. For example, I loved the live recording of "Maria" (the theme song from "200 Pound Beauty") that ends this album; I had no idea that this band could rock so hard and that Ji Seon would sound so brilliant outside of the recording studio. While I am disappointed to learn that Ji Seon has decided to leave the group, I look forward both to her solo work and Loveholic's future efforts with a new singer. The Ji Seon-led group has left us with a spectacular parting gift with this "Dramatic & Cinematic" album. It gets my very highest recommendation. |

Great compilation album
| This is a great compilation of the best of Loveholic and celebrates the vocals and writing talents of this amazing group in one package. For those who are new to Loveholic and love ballads, this is a great cd to get. |
