　　2006年對何潔的音樂歷程來說無疑是一個嶄新的開始，她旁人不可復制的舞台魅力與跨越國際的個人魅力受到了日本最大的唱片公司艾回唱片的青瞇，並且成功的與艾回唱片簽下唱片約，成為其跨足內地的歌手。簽約前後，何潔在天娛傳媒與艾回唱片的安排下，多次赴日接受舞蹈與造型等訓練，朝更專業的藝人之路邁進。

　　2006年7月，這位原備受矚目的女生，終於要推出自己人生中第一張個人專輯，唱出屬於自己的「潔奏」！何潔的首張專輯《發光體》堪稱是一張國際級的作品，華語音樂圈的頂尖王牌制作人陳偉老師親自操刀打造，整張專輯以搖滾曲風為基調，變化出各式各樣的「潔奏」！台灣的新興樂團「輕鬆玩」也參與了創作。歌詞部分則是由寫過張韶涵的「Mama Mama」、S.H.E的「對號入座」等充滿趣味創意詞作的於光中老師來為何潔撰寫。

　　專輯歌曲包括《發光體》、《來自不同星球》、《希望》、《愛你與你無關》、《遠方》、《請別再愛我》等十首歌，為了寫出最適合何潔的歌曲，制作人陳偉從知道要為何潔制作專輯時，就開始對何潔進行徹底的研究，不但將她過去參賽的錄像帶全都看過，更從中找出了最適合她的嗓音、爆發力及舞台表演的音樂風格，也就是以搖滾為主要精神而發展出來的十種「潔奏」！

　　包括能讓台下100萬觀眾一起同High的快潔奏專輯同名歌曲「發光體」，音域從極低到極高、反差極大的「來自不同星球」；以抒情潔奏唱出對「盒飯」(何潔的fans)們的感激心情的「希望」；帶有慵懶拉丁曲風的「愛你與你無關」、穿插美國鄉村樂風的「睡在你懷中」、舞曲風格的「不該他也給了他」……等，無論是高能量的搖滾、悲傷的抒情，種種曲風都讓何潔充分發揮出她的年輕特色與唱功。

　　專輯封面及內頁照片以及MV，請來了曾為孫燕姿、蔡依林、張惠妹、張學友…等眾多大牌歌手拍攝封面的名攝影師兼導演黃中平來為何潔掌鏡。服裝造型部分請到了曾為王心淩、梁靜茹、陳綺貞打點專輯服飾的造型師曾瓊鶯，塑造何潔的全新形象。

　　首支單曲「來自不同星球」秀出另類個性 唱出自己的「潔奏」！

　　首支推薦單曲「來自不同星球」是一首高低反差很大的搖滾歌曲，讓大家看到一個真實的何潔。她說自己的個性有點另類，開心的時候會非常開心，大聲的笑、或者說話，好像全世界都可以看得到；而難過的時候，也會特別難過，她會自己一個人悶著，不想和任何人溝通，甚至整個人有點悲觀。而「來自不同星球」，就是一首高低反差特別大的歌，完全反映出何潔的情緒高低差異的個性，也唱出何潔骨子裏古靈精怪的一面。

　　「來自不同星球」這首歌是用女生的角度，來看男女在生活中、戀愛中的差異。男生可能沉迷在線遊戲、愛泡K歌房(KTV)，而女生卻常常耗在等待之中虛度，男生女生就像來自不同星球的動物，比手畫腳也不見得了解彼此的想法，要如何相處？

　　這首歌的前後段的音域相差極大，前段的低音域表現出女生在戀愛中等待的無奈，何潔必須用自己嗓子的最低音來唱；到了副歌才展現出她Power十足的中高音，更吶喊出何潔這個年紀的女生的戀愛態度

Superb voice, great songs. She`s gorgeous too. If you like catchy rock/pop songs this CD is for you. From the superb opener to the closing track this CD is a must buy.

I had never heard of "Super Girls" or any of the members or contest or whatever that designation pertained to... But, the CD cover looked interesting and the price was right, so I decided to give this a try.

And am I glad I did! The funny thing is, I expected (I don't really know why...) this to be a mostly ballad singer (I suppose because that's what I tend to buy and this CD kept coming up as recommended to me as being bought by people with my past buying history...) and she's not really. But that's OK, because she's GREAT at rock. I love her style. It was unexpected, but it goes to show that unexpected isn't necessarily a bad thing...sometimes it's quite refreshing.

Her voice astonished me right away as solid and energetic with amazing range and charisma. It's also ironic that as I was thinking she reminded me a great deal both musically and vocally of Summer Hsu (from the band Relax One), I noticed that one of the songs on THIS release was actually composed by Summer Hsu herself (track 7).

On to the songs...

Track 1 opens to a super rock song with great energy that is simply excellent and a perfect attention-grabber. Track 2 is rythmic and moody with a great rock beat that enchants. Track 3 is a sweet ballad with soaring and strong vocals that showcase the powerhouse singing of this artist. Track 4 is a fun piano-rock song that is nothing short of amazing. Track 5 is a bit on the electronica-dance side, but it's OK if you like that style (which I don't...still, that's my own taste and doesn't mean the song is not good). Track 6 is another ballad, but this one has some hints of R&B in the verse that lead into an awesome rock chorus which is majestic...it's novel how the singer manages to merge the two together into one song that flows and sounds so mature and gives sense of depth. Track 7 is the track composed by Summer Hsu which is undefinably perfect in every way with Summer's signature rock composing and He Jie's signature rock singing. It's a match that was meant to be and a combination not to be missed. Track 8 is a breezy mid-tempo power song that has a chorus featuring some truly outstanding harmony that leaves a graceful feeling. Track 9 is my least favorite on the CD, personally, because the dance-rock beat is a bit childish...but it's also quite unique which adds it's own charm. Track 10 finishes the CD off with a trancy ballad that's definitely different, but will leave the listener remembering this CD for sure.

I would recommend this to anyone who loves powerful, engaging singers who sing in the genre of pop-rock that is actually graceful and not over-done. The production is excellent and the talent over-flowing. A superb release from this artist, and hopefully, only the beginning of more music to come from her. She certainly has a rare ability!

 Very Impressive Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Honestly, I thought her first CD was going to suck before I planed to buy it. Partly because I am a pretty picky fan and between her and Jane (Zhang Liangyin) I am more of a fan to the latter. However, I have to tell you guys, this CD is awesome, not only it totally fits her original style, her true voice, which is very sophisticated, is completely revealed and is better heard than when she was in the Supergirl Contest. These songs are very well written and the beat is unforgettable. I have to give a 10 to this CD, I am very impressed, and I suggest all other fans to give it a shot.
