| i watched this movie in the theatre in the US. i rated this movie between 7-8. i honestly like the movie, even though there were a lot tasteful sex scene. the plot of the story was very interesting. i don't mind watching it again. the cast in the movie played their part very well, esp w/ tang wei. never heard of her until this movie and she did very well. i would recommend the movie, but be aware of the sex scenes. like the professional review by Kozo, they are the film's action scenes bringing conflicts to a head, while also revealing characters at their most naked - both figuratively and literally. |
