BUT / Aisho (SINGLE+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) DVD Region 2
(6)Our Price: US$25.75Usually ships within 7 daysMarch 16, 2007 Very EnjoyableI really like this single. 'But' is really catchy and 'Aisho' has a really nice instrumental. I was a little worried that KK wouldn't be able to keep releasing good music, but if her new singles keep the same quality of But/Aisho, I'll be just fine. ^_^ Keep it up KK.

March 16, 2007 Good single ^_^I'm just a casual fan of melody's but I really liked this single. Finding My Road is sort of pop/trance and really enjoyable. Fragile is a nice ballad. My Dear was just so-so though. Anyway, I hope her next single is as good.

Best - Bounce & Lovers - (ALBUM+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) DVD Region 2
(6)Our Price: US$43.49March 16, 2007 Decent SelectionAnother of KK's bests...Even so, this is actually a pretty good mix of her ballads. There's a few songs that aren't on here that I think should be, but oh well. The new song on here isn't too bad, it just isn't that great either. All considered the biggest draw for me here are the special PV's. Anyway, if you haven't picked up any of KK's albums because you only like her ballads, this is perfect. But, if you have her previously released stuff, there isn't much here for you aside from the special PV's.

March 16, 2007 Upbeat SingleI really love Yuna's ballads, but some of her upbeat songs are good too. 'I'm Here' is an example of one of those. She sounds really good at the end of the song.
The B-side is all in english but pretty generic and the remix is just so-so.

ANNA Tsuchiya inspi' NANA (Black Stones) (ALBUM+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version)
ANNA Tsuchiya inspi' NANA (Black Stones) (ALBUM+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) DVD Region 2
(1)Our Price: US$38.99March 8, 2007 Good AlbumContrary to what I've been reading, I actually like the cover. It's simple, but it could have been much worse.
I would have rated this higher if it were longer and had more new music. 8 songs, +2 live versions of 2 songs on this cd. This NaNa thing is really being milked for all its worth. For me, the only new songs on here were take me out, scream, and without you. With that said, the new music on here is good, without you and take me out especially.
Overall, I'm really happy with this cd. It's almost like a mini best of for me, b/c some of her songs from her 1st album I loved are on here. I also fell in love with kuroi namida really quickly so it's nice to have that on disc.
Recommended if you haven't purchased anything from Anna yet and liked all the music you've heard from the NaNa anime.

Teste My Beat (Japan Version)
March 8, 2007 DecentI've picked up practically everything Anna Tsuchiya has put out. I've also enjoyed everything as well, to varying degrees of course. I decided to get this after I picked up her Spin Aqua cd and Strip me? (both recommended)
This mini album only has lasts about 20 minutes, but you really get a sense of what Anna's music is like. The songs are good overall and Anna's english isn't bad at all. My problem with this cd are the lyrics, I've went through the booklet and just wondered why someone didn't just help her with a few things to make the lyrics truly understandable.
I really think she is hitting her groove now with her newer releases, but it is always nice to hear an artist's first works.

Prima Rosa (ALBUM+DVD)(Japan Version)
Prima Rosa (ALBUM+DVD)(Japan Version) DVD Region 2
(3)Our Price: US$49.25Usually ships within 7 daysMarch 8, 2007 Shimatani Hitomi is back!!To start off with, I love the new album covers. A HUGE step up from H&S's. With that said, her last album was really different and truly excellent while Prima Rosa is set up more like her albums prior to H&S. By that, I mean, many different genres of music and just more upbeat in general.
The new songs on here were for the most part pretty good and definitely listenable. The only problem I had with this album was that nothing really stuck with me after I listened to it(singles excluded). I've listened to it through a bunch of times too. A good thing is that the album really flies by and nothing sticks out as awful or skipworthy.
Anyway, my favorite new songs on here are Ramblin' and Prague no Onna.
If you weren't a big fan of H&S and wanted the old Shimatani, I'd say pick this up. If you are a big fan of H&S and not of Shimatani's other works, then I'd proceed with caution.

Exile Evolution (ALBUM+2DVDs)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version)
Exile Evolution (ALBUM+2DVDs)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version) DVD Region 2
(1)Our Price: US$63.75March 8, 2007 Pretty Good AlbumFirst of all, I'm glad that EXILE is still going on. When I heard Shun was leaving, I thought ASIA would be the last album from this group. Guess not, huh? lolz
Hmm, I think ASIA is better than Evolution, but Evolution isn't bad by any means especially if you're like me and you don't buy singles.
The new material on here is pretty good, but nothing really new. That isn't a bad thing unless you were hoping that the album title meant a big change for the band.
The new vocalist isn't Shun, but he does just fine.
Basically, if you were worried that EXILE would never be the same without Shun, don't be. This album came out just fine.

DIABOLOS (Japan Version)

September 24, 2005 Gackt returns to his rock roots for DiabolosGackt's new album, Diabolos, is simply delightful. While it is not as innovative as his earlier works, it is still a solid album. All of the songs on the singles released prior are included on this album with the exception of the remix of Kimi ga Matteiru Kara.
1) Misty -
This is a quiet little intro featuring some nice piano work followed by a little dramatic violin piece later in the song. It is arranged well and I like how the end of Misty leads into Farewell. 9/10
2) Farewell -
This is a good mid tempo piece and it sounds nice. My favorite part about the song is its chorus though. 8/10
3) Noesis -
What can I say, I liked the song on the Todokanai single and I like it here too. 9/10
4) Ash -
Ah, this song was featured on the Black Stone single. I like this song a lot especially the part where Gackt yells "Ash". It starts out slow, then becomes fast and dramatic, and finally it ends on a mellow note. 9/10
5) Metamorphoze -
I believe this is the most popular single that is on Diabolos. Anyway, the song originally wasn't one of my favorite Gackt songs, but after time I have grown to like it quite a bit. 8/10
6) Dispar -
This song begins with a very club like beat and Gackt doesn't start singing until about 1 minute in. Overall this song is pretty decent. However, this is probably my least favorite song on the cd. 7/10
7) Future -
I love how this songs starts out. It's so relaxing and pleasing to my ears. To tell you the truth, Gackt surprised me a little bit with this song by having a rather uptempo chorus. Also the sounds toward the end of the song give it a unique touch. 9/10
8) Black Stone -
This song is absolutely infectious. I remember when it first came out and I just couldn't stop listening to it. It's just filled with so much energy. 9/10
9) Storm -
This song is very standard material for Gackt. However, there's something about this song that I like. I can't quite put my finger on it yet. 8/10
10) Road -
This is definitely my favorite new track on this album. I was expecting this to be a slow ballad, yet this is a bubbly happy pop/rock song. I can't stop listening to it, it just makes me so happy. 9.5/10
11) Todokanai... -
This is a really nice song and I really like to listen to it. 9/10
This is a very enjoyable album overall and I believe it is very worthy of an 8 or 4 stars. If this helps, I have listened to just about every Gackt song except for the ones from his Malice Mizer days. Please buy this album and support Gackt!
