M.C The Max Special - Rewind & Remind

With all three members set to begin their mandatory military service this summer, M.C The Max bid farewell to fans with their special album Rewind & Remind. Their last album before entering the army, Rewind & Remind is a testament to the trio's ten years together as one of the most popular and constant voices in K-pop. Rewind & Remind comes with ten tracks including the main plug Dwichaga Gyeongjeogeul from the hit composer of Yoon Do Hyun's "I Think I Love You" and Lee Seung Chul's "Long Day". The song, which also comes in a softer piano version, has a strong and catchy repeating melody that stays with the listener.

이번 앨범은 공백을 앞두고, 10년 음악활동을 돌아보며 그들의 음악적인 정체성을 재확인하고 일깨우는 특별한 앨범이라고 할 수 있다. 이번 스페셜 앨범의 프로듀서를 직접 맡은 엠씨더맥스는 10년 음악활동 중 그들이 하고 싶었던 음악과 잘하는 음악을 모두 표현했다.

오프 앨범 자켓에서는 도시적인, 차갑고 냉정한 남자의 모습이지만 아직 내면으로부터 비춰지는 소년의 감성을 볼 수 있으며, 여느 남성 화보 못지않은 이번 사진들을 통해 소년이었던 그들이 남자가 되었다!

이승철의 ‘긴 하루’, 윤도현 밴드 ‘사랑했나봐’를 작곡한 프로듀서 전해성의 곡으로, 이국적 인트로를 시작으로 전개되는 세련된 팝발라드의 진수로 한층 업그레이드 된 M.C. THE MAX의 팀 분위기를 잘 살려주고 있다.
