LOVE IT!! It's a great CD, im barely hear to any other jpop beside H!P before, and when i heard nami's songs, it's just great, i love the cd, the sleeve & cover, nice songs, and also excellent DVD, worth buying actually, especially for Nami's fans!! :)

I like the album! it's very good as her last album. There are many good songs to hear and most of them are the ones she's released! My personal favorite is Distance yet and Forutne as well as Reason. ^^ I hope Nami knows that her music is good and she does not need any voice lessons, she's just as good and besides, she's just barely started her debut in Japan in 2003. So leave her alone and Nami Tamaki fans will love the CD.

This cd is okay, but not real great. I like this anime pop style of music, but she needs some singing lessons. Her voice is a bit annoying, though nowhere near as bad as Yuki. If you're new to J-pop, I would recommend Ayumi Hamasaki first, and if you can't even stand her voice, which is ten times better than Tamaki's, then don't get this CD. I was only a moderate Nami Tamaki fan after hearing good songs from her first album like "Prayer," "Realize" and "Believe." And the annoying songs like "wasurenai kara~shining star." This new CD, "Making Progress," is not doing what the title claims. "Reason" and "Fortune" are the best songs on the CD. "Daitan ni Ikimashou: Heart & Soul" may be the most ANNOYING song on the planet, and "Heroine" is not far behind. She is, however a very good dancer and cute. She's kinda like the Britney Spears of Japan, though I like Nami Tamaki much more than Britney. Overall, it's a good buy if you're a Nami Tamaki fan, because you get a DVD in addition to the CD. If you want to see if you like Nami Tamaki before wasting 35 bucks, check out the US version of Greeting which is only like 14 bucks on tofurecords site. I hope her voice improves as she gets older, because I actually do like the majority of her songs.

This album wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The only really good songs on this album are the singles Nami has released. I think her first album was much more better. I expected much better from Nami considering her talent as an artist, but I was wrong. Save money by buying the singles, but don't waste it with this album.

This is the first Nami Tamaki CD I've ever listened to. I didn't like it at all... It's too "popie". Pop is my favorite kind of music, but I'm not gonna buy it... I suggest you do the same if you never listened to her before. On a fan website, Nami fans loved it, so Nami fans, go for it.
