Great Early Stages! ^_^ Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is the very first Gackt album I ever heard when I was 12. This is the album that immediately got me hooked on him and 8 years later, I am still a hardcore fan. I must say that this is one Gackt’s earlier albums and it has a more melodic feel. Though the rock is still there, it feels like a toned down stage before his bigger creative explosion.

The album opens with a bang. After a soothing intro (ARES), ‘ASRUN DREAM’ blasts into the scene with loud electric guitar chords. Things slow down with ‘Emu~For my Dear~’. The melodies are soft until the chorus blasts in making your heart jump. ‘U+K’ and ‘Vanilla’ are fun rock tracks that make you want to dance and just flop around. I love seeing these songs performed during Gackt tours when the cats come out. ^_^

FRESSIA No. 1 and FRESSIA No. 2 are short interlude tracks. The first is like a soft lullaby with nice acoustics. The second is a lovely violin track played by YOU. ‘ILLNESS ILLUSION’ starts out like a slow ferris wheel or circus song. The tunes filled with accordions gives you a dizzy feeling.

‘MIRROR’ is another fun rock track with violins that makes you want to just dance. ‘DEARS’ is a nice acoustic track that turns into rock during the chorus. ‘OASIS’ has a more synthesized and drum influenced beat that the other tracks. Gackt’s vocals are very strong during this track. Lastly, ‘Kono Daremo Inai Heya De ‘ is a lovely soft ballad track that adds a children’s chorus.

Overall, this album is a must have for Gackt fans in order to really cherish his beginning days of fame. If I must make a comment, this album is a bit more upbeat than the others. ^_^

Amazing Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
This is the first album of Gackt I bought, and it is still my near favourite!
I bought it almost a year ago, but i decided to to give a review, now that I am more experienced in using YesAsia ^^.
I think it is such a beautiful album!
I love the Freesia ~op. 01~ and Freesia ~op. 02~, they are my absolute favourites on the album, even though a song like "Vanilla" is hard to forget ^^; .
Not only that, on the album are also versions of Mirror and Oasis, honestly said, it was my 4th version of "Oasis" I heard O.o

The booklet contains very pretty photographs as well!
Showing an image of surroundings, cloudy and dreamy.
Great album, true must have!

Fantastic! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I truly love this album, every song is great. Gackts voice is fantastic, I just love listening to "Emu ~for my dear" and "Asrun Dream" because he sings with such emotion. I owned all the Mars-singles before I bought this album, and it was definately worth buying this album for the album exclusive tracks. I especially love "Ares", "Emu ~for my dear", "Asrun Dream", "Vanilla", "Mirror", "Oasis", "Dears" and "U+K". "illness illusion" is weird, but it's very a very cool song.

When I first heard this album, it blew me away!
It has it all, from fast and rocking songs like Asrun Dream and Oasis to beautifull compositions like Freesia ~Op1~ and ~Op2~.
And of course the song dears which is dedicated to all Gackt fans.
Maybe the best Gackt album ever.
A must have for all Gackt fans, and even all j-rock fans.
