신인 가수 MayBee는 사실 엄밀한 의미의 ‘신인’은 아니다. 이효리 1집 ’10 Minutes’와 ‘Remember Me’, 2집 ‘Get Ya’,Shall We Dance’, 김종국의 ‘중독’, MC몽의 ‘너에게 쓰는 편지’ 등의 히트곡을 만들어 낸 작사가 MayBee가 바로 신인 가수 MayBee라는 것.
직접 MayBee의 데뷔 앨범에 참여한 Top가수들의 Line-up은 MayBee의 데뷔 앨범에 대한 그들의 기대와 애정을 보여준다. 이효리는 ‘Candy’라는 곡을 통해 1, 2집 타이틀곡의 작사를 맡아준 MayBee에 대한 의리를 과시하였고, MC몽이 직접 작사하고 피처링한 ‘내 사랑 무덤까지’는 제2의 ‘너에게 쓰는 편지’라 할 만큼 폭 넓은 사랑을 받을 것으로 기대된다. 또 한 번도 듀엣곡을 부른 적이 없었던 Fly to the Sky의 환희가 ‘좋은 사람 만나요’라는 곡에 참여하기도 했다.
이번 앨범의 프로듀서 김건우는 MC몽 1, 2집 프로듀싱 및 ‘너에게 쓰는 편지’, ‘I love you oh thank you’ (MC몽), ‘중독’ (김종국), ‘참 다행이야’ (S.papa) 등으로 최근 가장 주목 받는 프로듀서이기도 하다. 김건우가 직접 작곡한 타이틀곡 ‘다소(多笑)’는 현악 오케스트라의 하모니와 일렉 기타의 강렬한 음색이 인상적이며, 시적인 가사가 청자의 감성을 자극하는 Medium 템포의 곡이다.
MC몽의 ‘너에게 쓰는 편지’, 이효리의 ‘Remember Me’, 김종국의 ‘중독’ 등을 통해 호흡을 맞춰온 프로듀서 김건우와 MayBee의 작품으로, 이전에 함께 작업했던 곡들만큼이나 대중들의 큰 사랑을 받을 것으로 기대된다.

First beauty
| For a first record this cd is almost perfect great balad songs and a refined production the voice is beautiful and melow...a really good surprise..i don't love all the songs but for a first cd it's a great work...hope i will hear from her again... |

Great Album
| Love her voice, it's soothing, and doesn't strain. She reminds me a bit of Ivy. Her song "Candy" with Hyori, is awesome! That's how I came about to buying her album. The cd is filled with ballads, if you're a ballad fan, grab it. Hope she comes out with a 2nd album. |
