For F4 fans only
| MG/II is good but I think it got a little draggy after David Douming (i.e.Jerry Yan) lost his memory and Aisa trying to help him figure out his past. Almost gave up watching but since I am an F4 fan, had to stick it out till the end. Luckily, no regrets as after he gradually regained his memory, all familiar grounds were revisited and it became interesting again. Except for her irritating giggles, Michelle Saram paired off very well with Jerry Yan and you could feel they loved and needed each other very much. A bit disappointed with the ending though because I thought JY should end up with MS and Vic Chou with Barbie. Anyway, I love them all. |

meteor garden
| meteor garden is taiwan show is first time i take notice of jerry yan and be his fan. jerry is very good in this drama. he surprise me when i first see him. his role is very tought guy and pick on his classmates. he boss around his good friends too. and he treat barbie xu awful and later he fall in love with her. she forced to be in relation with him for he is too threaten and scary. after watch more it get excitement. |

| this second part was interesting and sad at time...overall it was a nice series....but it could get really boring at times...still, i recommended that you watch this series if you liked the first one... |

English Subtitles
| Do any of these movies come with either English subtutles or English Dub? I would love to watch these movies with my family. My wife and daughters can understand and read Mandarin but I cannot. I am Chinese American but forgot all that I learned in Chinese School. Shame on me. Thank you. |

not good to the last drop
| wow there are so many review mine will probably never be read but o well, i am currently watching meteor garden 2 and it is pretty good so far but i'm sure that i would be greatly greatly dissapointed in the end not to mention i have read the summary as to the ending and it seems to me that i would probably cry not cause it was sad but because it is so dissapointing not only should shin chi spend way way more time with the gorgeous vic but if she's going to get back together with dao ming zi then at least have it be a little more passionate. although all the meteor gardens are good it just seems to me that the endings and not well planned and leave the audience very unsatisfied. the endings are never really as perfect as they could be and the romance is all dao ming zis i don't get why vic doesn't have more romance for his character he is definetly just as good looking if not way way way better. |

Also worth it...
| I said the first one was worth watching and so is the second installment of MG. The first one was a funny feel good quirky one, the second one is very sad and touching. I will admit that I liked the first one better because it didn't make me cry as much. Oh boy, did I cry in the second one. There were some heartwrenching scenes in this one. F4 and Big S's acting greatly improved in this second installment. |

I liked or rather fell in love w/ MG1 than 2 simply beacuse Daomingsi & Shancai are always together in a funny but loving kind of way.This was really a hit in the Philippines and we are all awaiting part 3 which we were able to read where they all got married, shancai got pregnant and daomingsi built a building for his friends' family.This will certainly break all records of the telenovels here in our country.I just hope that it won't be long before they make this film. And that all casts will still be the same.More Power!! |
