Shan Cai (Barbie Hsu) and the boys of F4 finally leave their school days behind. Entering the world of adulthood, everyone has new responsibilities and relationships to consider, but the bond among the friends remains as strong as ever. Dao Ming Xi (Jerry Yan) and Shan Cai travel to Barcelona, Spain for a romantic trip, but an accident causes him to separate from Shan Cai and lose his memory. With no recollection of his past, he befriends another girl (Michelle Saram) and starts a new down-to-earth life in Taiwan. His friends try hard to find him to no success, and Shan Cai must now face life without her loved one. Fortunately, she has Hua Ze Lei (Vic Chou) by her side to support and protect her. Will Shan Cai and Dao Ming Xi find their way back to each other? How will their new and old relationships be resolved?

　　在流星劃過的星空下，一段刻骨銘心的旅程，一個永恆不變的約定，在親情、友情、愛情的糾葛中，F4與杉菜將再度喚起你期待已久的心，流星即將綻放光芒……

　　F4從英德學院畢業了！在經過一場屬於F4式炫麗的畢業典禮後，已正式交往的道明寺和杉菜決定同遊西班牙，作為慶祝畢業的禮物。臨行前，原本打算一同前往西班牙遊玩的F3，含笑送兩人上飛機，將這難忘的甜蜜之旅留給道明寺和杉菜獨享，花澤類更交給道明寺一封「秘密信函」，算是他對兩人的祝福。

　　因第一次到西班牙而興奮不已的杉菜，和道明寺的感情也在「浪漫之都」巴塞隆納甜蜜滋長。而受到花澤類「秘密信函」啟發的道明寺，暗中安排一切，準備要在巴塞隆納近郊一座有著浪漫傳說的教堂裡向杉菜求婚，不料，卻在赴約途中發生車禍，喪失記憶。不知情的杉菜苦苦等候。甚至找來藤堂靜和F3一同尋找失蹤的道明寺，無奈音訊杳然……
