October 25, 2005 a true to life storyits not everyday that we find a television drama series that depict reality. more often than not, what we watch are normally what we can describe as "only in television". but PAPA, on the other hand, showed us the reality that happens in a family, particulary between husband and wife. it showed us how marriages can be broken by misunderstanding and mistrust. and couples should really think things through before they get divorce or separated- children are the ones who are greatly affected by this. i also learned that pride can really destroy one's relationship with another person. no matter how much we still love that person, our pride usually get the better of us. and it's sad that all of us are prone to do just like that ... i think the producers, staff, and actors really did a great job in this seire. i hope we'll get more shows like this ...

(9)Our Price: US$77.99List: US$93.99Save: US$16.00 (17%)Related promotions:September 16, 2005 one of the best i've seenwinter sonata was shown in our country about a year ago but until now the story is as fresh to me as if i've just seen it last night. a friend of mine even bought me a DVD copy of the whole series and i've watched it 4 times already (from beginning to end). the story really got to me - i was able to, somehow, feel the way the characters felt in the story. i cried when they cried and i laughed, when they laughed. sounds weird? i don't think so! it only shows that the characters were able to portray their role like it was real. i love bae yong joon! and i like choi ji woo. i think bae yong joon is one of the handsomest korean actor. his eyes speaks volumes and his smile just takes your breath away... i think he and choi ji woo really brought life to the series. and i should also commend the beautiful locations that they shot in- breathtaking view! nice work on winter sonata! kudos to all the staff and creative team!
