Very entertaining and it shows that he is really enjoying himself there on stage. It is a very proffessional performance whilst at the same time very relaxed. I was surprised how modern and upbeat the music seemed... if some of these songs are traditional then I would guess Kiyoshi's versions have given them a new lease of life as they all seem very fresh! September 21, 2001 Concert VCD
Having only music CD's by Lee Hom, I was particularly keen to see him on this VCD. I am pleased to say I am not dissapointed and I've enjoyed this footage from some of his concerts. This is a really nice music CD, with that special sound you only get from Korea.There is plenty of variety throughout and it's music you can listen to again and again... I hope they continue to make more great stuff like this. The visual entertainment on the VCD is a nice touch to....look out for the home video style piece it makes a great contrast compaired to the highly proffesional finnish of the music,music videos and the photography in the photo album. Well it's took me a while to get round to buying a copy of this CD, but I can say I'm glad I finally did. It's unfortunate Peter's musical output is not more... he has a really unusual voice. August 30, 2001 Victor ChenWhat a nice surprise for a first album... this CD really does entertain,( that was the idea wasn't it) The only aspect to let it down In my opinion are the music videos. In addition to the well performed vocals of Victor I think a special mention should go to the musicians who backed him on this CD, the sound is just that little bit different to help this album stand out from the crowd. March 29, 2001 Re-hash or Artistic Compilation ?
My collection of CD's contains 3 albums by Nic, all are great and each having an individual sound. Surley it must follow that if this CD contains that music it has a lot going for it. March 19, 2001 Fantastic Album From David
I brought this CD after the mention of David on the Yesasia site for an album by Jay Chow.Personally I don't see these two artist's all that similar apart from the fact they are both great.I took a chance on this David Tao album and can say I am not dissapointed.Within the cover notes David writes of himself being between Heaven and Hell and talks of a journey of self discovery and...well to find the full story I urge you to buy the album to read ,listen and learn,and most of all be entertained.I think so much energy has gone into creating this music and I feel lucky to be able to share in the finished product. This is a must for collectors,A 2 CD set.One CD of studio songs and another CD of live recordings.The music is Faye so is obviously excellent.The discs are contained in the special collector tin.Enclosed also are a set of 9 colour glossy immitation polaroid photos which are very nice and a small fold out poster.A nice set which is a great addition to any Faye Wong fan's collection.(in my opinion anyway) Did you find this review helpful?
