April 25, 2007 Pretty good
The version I got was actually the limited Japanese edition which is out of print, but the content is the same as Taiwanese limited edition. This single charted for nearly 2 months since its release on Oricon, and for a good reason. The title track, "Love So Sweet" is a listener-friendly and fun song. Used as the themesong for Matsumoto Jun's hit drama "Hana Yori Dango Returns," the song showcases Arashi's boyband-ish vocals pleasantly enough. The second track, "Itsumademo," has Sakurai Sho rapping quite nicely. Only available to the limited edition is track #3, "Fighting Song." This song is composed by Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari and the rest of the members co-wrote the lyrics. It was used as an opening theme for their variety show, "G no Arashi." It has a happy-go-lucky-you-can-do-it!! feel to it and can be quite uplifting when you are having a bad day. Overall I recommend this single as one of the better singles Arashi put out in the last 2-3 years.

The Battle Among The Clans (Ep.1-30) (End) (US Version) DVD Region All
(1)Our Price: US$34.00Related promotions:February 14, 2007 One of the best! This series is one of the best Shanghai-era series in the 80's that TVB put out. It is also Chow Yun Fat's last series (if you don't count the Yang's Saga) before he switched over to the movies for good. The chemistry and rapport among all the actors are fantastic. This is an excellent series for those who liked "The Bund" but felt it too heavy at times. The quality of the DVD itself is quite good - the box set design is very nicely done. And for such a good package, the price can't be beat - I highly recommend it. Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

August 1, 2006 A solid volumeThis Korean-licensed version of Arashi's newest, 6th regular album, "Arashic," is good news for all Korean Arashi fans. There are lyrics in Japanese, written out and translated in Korean. The DVD plays in region 3 player and has interesting and fun-filled clips. "La Tormenta" is always nice to watch, and Nino & Sakurai get playful with Ohno while singing "A.Ra.Shi". Onto the album itself - it takes a couple of listenings to get used to, but the songs definitely are different from their earlier albums. "Wish (#1)" and "Kitto Daijoubu (#4)" are some of the more listener-friendly tracks. "Caramel Song (#6)" is a feel-good ballad. My favorite so far is "I Want Somebody (#9)" which has a Bon Jovi-ish feel to it. All in all, it's a pretty good collection of songs that showcase their different voice talent. It's good that the other members are sharing Ohno's singing load more and more in the later albums. Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

(6)Our Price: US$15.25Usually ships within 1 to 2 daysJuly 30, 2006 Excellent CDThis maxi single is definitely worth the money. It has 4 songs - all of them nice ballads - that showcase their voice talent very well. I am partial to track #3, "Kimi ga iinda" because of Sakurai Sho's rap, but the title track "Tomadoinagara" has Ohno Satoshi's great vocal that can't be ignored. All in all, this is definitely a must-get for all Arashi fans who like their slower songs. Tracks #3 & #4 didn't make the cut on their 5X5 Best Selections CD so don't miss out and get this one while it's still in stock! Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

It has most of the songs and melodies from the drama. I am personally more drawn to the melodies starting with track #7. The band who performed the music, "The 2nd Moon," offers a unique sound they labeled as "ethnic fusion." Their tracks really capture the mood of the drama - after all, wasn't "Goong" the fusion of the ancient and modern settings? Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
J-Walk Vol. 2 - Someday
September 19, 2005 Nice, mellow CDThis CD was a rather quick follow-up to their first album, featuring "Suddenly." The title song for this 2nd album, "Someday," was weird to listen to at first... but after 3 years, it grew on me. Or perhaps my taste changed. The rest of the tracks are fairly mellow and slow. Definitely not the same style as Sechs Kies songs, so if that is what you are looking for, this CD is not for you. I have a genuine appreciation for Jang Su Won's voice, so this is a great CD. I can just drown in his voice and swim in it all day long - it's so soft and mellow! My only complaint is that Kim Jae Duc should participate more but he wrote one of the songs so I guess that's somewhat comforting. Personal favorites - #2 Ah Ma, #4 Half Crazy, #8 Sa rang hae suh mi an hae. Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
Lee Jae Jin Vol. 3 - It's New
September 19, 2005 Overall an enjoyable albumI bought this album after initially ignoring it because of the title song, "Choong-juhn" (Fill it up!). I liked how it was as catchy as his solo debut, "Double J." I think this kind of singing goes well with his voice and I can just imagine him dancing to the tune. That is not to say his slow songs aren't as good - I enjoy Track #5, "Shalala," and #7, "Get up my love." He may not be as competent of a vocalist as Kang Ta or Kang Sung Hoon or Shin Hye Sung, but he definitely has his own style. I think his voice and singing really grew on me after listening to this album a few times. Highly recommended. Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
November 23, 2001 A bit of surprise + shock
He may not be as charismatic as Eun Ji Won, he may not be as good of a singer as Kang Sung Hoon - but Lee Jae Jin really pulls it off well in his solo debut album, S.Wing. There is a very strong indication that he did not want to rely on Sechs Kies' previous fame - in fact, he made every attempt to avoid reminding anyone of his standing in the group. Lee Jae Jin used to equal to a dancer/rapper/choreographer in Sechs Kies, but such is not the case with S.Wing. Although "Double J" is a breeding ground for showing off his wonderful dance, that is about the only real dance song in this album (other than "Emergency Escape" & "Fever"). The rest is filled with sundry ballad+R&B+medium tempo songs which are all nicely done. It's certainly refreshing to hear not-so-articulate singing voice attempting to sing an R&B song. He has his own voice color that cannot be compared to any other singers in the industry, and he shows in this album that he has plenty of potential. Overall, anyone who wants a good mix of slow songs should purchase this album.. or at least give it a try. Favorite songs: Double J, You & Me, Ready, Ham Ggeh (#10) Did you find this review helpful? Kick the moon
November 12, 2001 HmmThe movie itself is very funny, but I just wanted to point out the mistake YESASIA made on its product info. Cha Seung Won played the delinquent at first, and Lee Sung Jae played the model student (not the other way around). Don't get it mixed up! Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
Song Bird (End)
May 21, 2001 One of the best Shanghai time seriesA traditional drama from a girl's point of view but the fact that it is based on a real figure doesn't make it 'only' a drama. Nadia's performance - especially her singing - is simply splendid here, along with the mesmerizing chemistry between her and Leon Lai before his big-star days. Leon too steals some of the spotlight with his own singing and his overall gentlemanly yet a very realistic character. Aaron Kwok playing a minor character for the first half of this series is quite refreshing as well. Lastly, the series is topped with Eddie Kwan's last-minute appearance as a deceptive swindler, causing Nadia's character to finally break down to contribute to the tragic ending that makes this series so memorable. Don't miss it if you are an old TVB series lover! Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)
