But their control of the town is challenged by an over-reaching Italian under boss Johnny Casper (Jon Polito) and his ruthless henchmen Eddie Dane (J.E. Freeman).

　　While Tom tries to keep the peace, he has a falling out with Leo over a woman and he finds himself caught in the jaws of a gangland power struggle.
